How to order

Orders are currently accepted electronically or by post.

Ordering electronically

Making a purchase from the website is easy.

You can browse the images available in the online gallery. Each image has its own page, which includes a list of formats that the image is available to purchase in.

To add an item to your shopping basket, you need to do the following:

  1. Go to the page for the image you wish to order and scroll down towards the bottom of the page
  2. Enter the quantity you require (the default is 1)
  3. Select the size of the image you wish to purchase or whether you wish to purchase the image on CD from the drop down list
  4. Click on the 'Add to Basket' button

Repeat the steps above to add other images to your shopping basket.

To view the contents of your shopping basket click on the 'View Basket' link in the top left corner of the screen. Here you can remove items from the shopping basket, change quantities or continue shopping.

After you have finished shopping, view your shopping basket, select the payment method (cheque/postal order or electronically using PayPal) and click on the 'Checkout' button. You will then be asked for some contact details required to complete the order before the order is submitted.

After submitting the order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email will include a contact telephone number in case of any queries with the order.

Ordering by post

To order by post please download and complete an order form (in PDF format) and return it together with payment to the address specified on the form.

(Please note that you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the order form. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website.)

Delivery charges

A standard delivery charge of £5 (to cover postage and packaging) is applied to all orders delivered to an address in the United Kingdom regardless of the number of items ordered.

Most items are sent by First Class Recorded mail. We reserve the right to use a different method of carriage at our discretion.

Customers wishing to purchase items from outside the United Kingdom should contact me directly.

Items are shipped unmounted in cardboard tubes.

Local collection

Customers have the options to collect the items in person from the office in Dawlish, Devon if they live locally. In this case, no delivery charge will be payable.

Payment

Paying electronically (PayPal)

If you select to pay for your purchases electronically you will be sent a 'Request Money' email from PayPal. This email will confirm the amount to pay and contain instructions on how to pay for the goods ordered using PayPal.

Please note that you will require a PayPal account in order to pay for purchases electronically. Setting up a PayPal account is free and it only takes a few minutes to sign up.

Sending payment by post

Items ordered electronically or by post can be paid for by cheque, bank draft or money order, in pounds sterling. Further details about sending payment by post can be found on the order form (in PDF format) or will be included in the order confirmation email if you order online. Please do not send cash through the post.

Paying in person

Customers collecting the items in person may pay in cash at the time of collection if they wish.

Cancellation

If you are not 100% satisified with any product you order from this website you can cancel your contract within seven days of delivery for a refund. The seven day cancellation period begins on the day that the goods are received.

All monies will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being received back at the office or the customer provides proof of posting. For this reason, customers are advised to obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office), or other proof of posting, for all returns. The delivery charge will only be refunded if all items purchased on the order are returned.

Unwanted goods

Should you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will simply cancel the order. If the order has already been dispatched then you, the customer, must arrange for the goods to be returned to us at their own cost. A refund will not be given until the goods have been received back at the office or the customer provides proof of posting. For this reason, customers are advised to obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office), or other proof of posting, for all returns.
